POWERLOGIX RELEASES PL UPGRADE GUIDE SOFTWARE

AUSTIN --April 29, 2003 -- Industry leader PowerLogix today announced the PowerLogix Upgrade Guide, which is software that allows users to easily determine which upgrade card is compatible with their Mac.

For example, since Apple has many completely different models all called "PowerMac G4," sometimes it is confusing for customers to determine which upgrade card works in their machine. The PL Upgrade Guide is downloadable from the PowerLogix website, and works with both OS 9 and OS X. The software does a quick check to determine the exact model, then the user clicks on a link which loads a webpage from the PowerLogix website with the appropriate compatible card.
